Sit. Breathe. Listen.
Each chakra gets its own singing bowl, struck on every in-breath, over a steady tone. Breathe in for 4 seconds, then breathe out slowly with the chant, and rest your attention where the tone points you. Use headphones or a quiet speaker.

Each chakra has a singing bowl tuned to the traditional Solfeggio set (396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852 and 963 Hz), struck on each in-breath, with the exact pure tone held softly underneath. The Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Throat and Crown bowls are recordings; the Heart and Third Eye bowls are synthesized at exactly 639 and 852 Hz. The opening, chakra meanings, breath cue, closing and default mantra chants are human recordings; the chorus and single-voice chants are synthetic. Each chakra lasts a whole number of breaths, so it never ends in the middle of a mantra, and it glows and expands while its mantra is chanted. The out-breath lasts as long as the chosen chant. The crown has no seed syllable in the tradition, so it is held in silence with its tone only. Bija mantras and petal counts follow the Hindu and Buddhist tantric tradition. The tones are an aid for focus and relaxation. They are not a medical treatment, and claims that these frequencies heal the body are not established by research. The crown lotus is drawn with 36 petals to stand in for its traditional thousand.
